Rescale AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered image upscaling and enhancement services. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Credits & Payments

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Subscription credits are allocated monthly and expire at the end of each billing cycle. One-time purchase credits are added to your balance and never expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Payments are securely processed by Polar.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use Rescale AI for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content. Reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing the service is strictly prohibited. Each user may maintain one account only.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all images you upload and the processed results. We do not claim any rights to your content. Our platform, interface, AI models, and branding remain the exclusive property of Rescale AI. You grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the service.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific output quality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rescale AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes to Terms
